We HIGHLY recommend making a reservation to ensure your spot. Our play sessions have a limited capacity to create the best experience for you and your children.

In order to keep our play area clean for the littlest of friends, shoes are not allowed in the play area. We ask that both children and adults wear socks if possible. Alternate arrangements are available for those with special needs!

We know even with the best laid out plans, things happen. We have a parent friendly cancellation policy to accommodate:

Cancellation more than 2 hours before Play Session:

If you have created an account through our booking system, you can cancel your reservation by logging into your account.

Cancellation within 2 hours of play session start time:

Please call 515-644-6331 to cancel your play session and have credit applied to your account for a future visit.

We have a full cafe ready to serve you delicious food and drinks to fit all taste buds and diets. We ask that outside food and drinks be left outside other than formula/breast milk and water.

Having a safe space for your family is our #1 priority which means we take cleaning VERY seriously! Our play area is cleaned throughout the day, but is closed for deep cleaning and reset at 11 am and 2 pm. Our "clean breaks" generally take 15-20 minutes and guests are welcome to stay in the cafe seating area during this time.
